Crossing Lines

crossing linesCrossing Lines brings together a primarily European cast of beautiful young actors populating the International Criminal Court’s special crime unit which hunts down criminals who cross national borders. William Fitchner and Donald Southerland infuse the cast with some American talent. All the elements are present to make this an outstanding suspense series. I liked that Fitchner’s character dealt with chronic pain adding an interesting twist. Unfortunately the producers rely too heavily on formulaic American broadcast style and substance. And the beauty of the entire younger cast becomes distracting instead of intriguing. The moment they are introduced you wonder if this is a super hero show rather than a crime investigation series. In the end, I was bored. 2 out of 5 for Crossing Lines. Next.
