I’ve had a link to the web series, Indoor Boys in my Gmail for six months. So glad I finally took the leap and binged on both seasons currently streaming on Vimeo. Equal parts bored 20-somethings living in the big city mixed with poignant drama around love and self-worth, Indoor Boys won me over with charm and outstanding production. Creators and stars Wesley Taylor and Alex Wyse walk the line between absurdity and depth creating a rich snapshot into the lives of two friends, one of whom does too much and the other who takes too much. Will their lives join together or will the nice one find the strength to follow his heart and affirm his self-love? Each episode runs under ten minutes. You’ll be hooked after episode one, trust me. Indoor Boys shows us exactly why indie film making continues to be necessary and important. 5 out of 5 for this little piece of heaven.
